BBQ Pork Loin Ribs

BBQ Pork Loin Ribs

Fall off the Bone BBQ Pork Loin Ribs

This recipe has been developed through a little trial and error. Getting these BBQ Pork Loin Ribs (or Baby Back Ribs) right, will have people coming back for more.

The method uses the 3-2-1 technique:

  • 3 hours smoking
  • 2 hours tightly wrapped in foil and place back on the smoker
  • 1 hour unwrapped on a higher heat

Each time I have tried these it has delivered really tender, fall off the bone ribs. Ribs have been something that I have struggled to get right. Using this method is producing great results each time. Like most recipes on the site this is straight forward and one that I think anyone could do and get good results.

I have used the ribs from Costco the last couple of times, which have turned out great.

I have tried finishing these using the BBQ Fuel Dome (Vortex) but it was a little too harsh, although if you like a crispier outside to your ribs, this may work for you.

Simply serve with some home-made coleslaw which goes great with these ribs.
